Since inception, the Project has made strides in implementing programs aimed at achieving its main objective. In the past year, the Project team conducted various training programs for the project’s stakeholders, namely:
• Journalism Training Workshop for community, national and international journalists in collaboration with
InterNews
• Virtual Journalism Training Workshop for KZN community media journalists
• CSO (Civil Society Organisations) Training Workshops to capacitate CSOs with the skills they need to intensify
their networks and effectively carry out community projects, including those aimed at lessening xenophobic
tendencies
