I grew up in Uvira [where] I was staying with my parents. The area was good before. After some time, the area became bad. That means the living conditions [became bad]. People became bad and hunger came into the area.
One day we were sitting at home when people entered our house wearing soldier’s uniforms. But they were not soldiers. These people forced the door and found Daddy in the house. I [was asleep] with my two daughters. They arrested Daddy. They bound and beat him seriously. [There were six people in our place, two with Daddy and we were three, and my mother.] They started to rape.
